Payment Options

Fetish Secretz accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our payment processors, PAYPAL. Our two offiline payment options are Western Union/MoneyGram and Bank Deposits.

Shipping

Fetish Secretz is using the most current TARA On-line Tools to calculate local shipping cost. For International dellivery the most upto date On-line FedEx shipping cost is used.

The cost of shipping and shipping options for any item purchased is shown during the checkout process, just click on checkout now, fill in your billing and shipping addresses and shipping options are displayed on the following page.

Main Local Delivery Service

Fetish Secrets orders are shipped to you via Tara Couriers. Orders are generally delivered same day or 1-2 business day.

Other Available Options

Fetish Secretz also uses Knutford Express between Kingston and Montego Bay, Bike delivery Services for round town deliveries if the store from which the order originates from is in the same area where the order was placed

International Shipping

Fetish Secretz ships internationally (outside of Jamaica). FedEx is used to handle all our overseas delivery. International Orders generally take 5-7 business days for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept any orders from Africa.

Back Orders

We work hard to make sure that all products on Fetish Secretz in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you wish for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.

Checking Your Order Status

You will receive a delivery tracking number in your email after your order has shipped or you may call us regarding your status if you have not received your shipment in 3-4 business days.

The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.

The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destination.
